I love this yarn it is one of my favourites to both dye and use. It is lace weight and is a mix of a British wool breed and silk. It has incredible lustre and drape. Blue Faced Leicester breed has a property like linen in that it gets softer with use and age. A single skein is enough for an entire wrap.

At The Lace Knittery we love dyeing and natural fibres. I have been asked for super chunky yarn and I am loving the dyeing process of this, my favourite fibre. As usual at the end of our dyeing all that is left is clear water and crummy yarn.
Each ball is super chunky 100% British Blue Faced Leicester or a Blue Faced Leicester and Silk mix. Hand dyed in house by The Lace Knittery.
200g/130m with a recommended needle or hook size of 10-12mm.
