Terms and conditions for all points of sale, advice and events from The Lace Knittery
We want to make sure that you are entirely satisfied with every purchase from The Lace Knittery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us.
Our terms and conditions below are written in accordance with UK consumer law.
We are fully compliant with the latest GDPR laws. Your contact detail is only collected with your consent and then only for the sole purpose of a newsletter via email. Your data is never shared with any 3rd parties and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We accept all major credit cards. Refunds are made via the original means of payment. All prices include VAT.
Workshops and Courses
Full refunds are offered for cancellations up to 7 days before the commencement of the course or workshop. After that date a 50% refund will be offered a full refund will only be offered if the place is resold.
If we have to cancel a course or workshop due to insufficient numbers at least 48 hours notice will be given. An alternative course date/credit note or a full refund will be offered.
If goods are found to be faulty, not as a result of any damaged incurred during shipping, a full refund with return postage will be offered. A refund will be issued within 7 days of the receipt of the faulty goods. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase. We cannot refund for items lost in transit.
If you change your mind the product needs to be returned to us, as new, and accompanied by proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the item. Once received a full refund will be given. The customer is responsible for return postage.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Lace Knittery asserts the IP rights to any of their own branded products. The Lace Knittery images and logo are only to be used to promote and support The Lace Knittery.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
